Course Description

This webinar begins with a general discussion of the Errors and Omissions exposures faced by all insurance producers.  We will discuss the sources of E&O claims and factors affecting the standard of care.  We will look at common areas of E&O and discuss specific measures that can be taken to help an agency reduce the probability of a successful E&O claim being made against it.  Lastly, we will look at the E&O claim process and discuss what an agency should and should not do in an E&O situation.
