Course Description

Advances in communication and technology have presented great opportunities for our insurance agencies.  Along with these opportunities, though, come new E&O challenges.  How do we handle the customer who wants to do business electronically or via text message?   How do we create websites that are informative and consumer friendly, without increasing our E&O exposure? How has the use of social media and new technology changed the way we do business, and what additional steps must agencies take to protect themselves against E&O in this new world?  We will discuss these issues and more as we explore the new challenges that this new technology brings.
