As insureds increasingly rent out their cars, drive for ride-share platforms, explore self-driving vehicle options, and host guests in their homes, personal auto and homeowners risks are evolving. This webinar examines how ride-sharing and home-sharing platforms such as Uber, Lyft, and Airbnb intersect with standard personal auto and homeowner policy forms, highlighting the exclusions and gray areas that leave clients exposed. Participants will examine ride-share driver coverage across every trip period, the ISO endorsements built to address these exposures, and how pending state legislation continues to shape the marketplace.

The webinar also focuses on home sharing, unpacking the liability, property, and business income exposures that arise when clients open their homes to paying guests. Participants will review how HO3, HO6, and HO4 forms respond—or fail to respond—to these risks, along with available coverage options and host protection insurance. Participants will leave equipped to spot exposures early and guide clients toward the right coverage solutions.
