Non-member Research:
Non-member research is charged at an hourly rate of $275. A minimum fee of $275 must be paid before the requested research or document services will be started.
If the work exceeds one hour, non-members will be charged for the additional time in ten-minute increments. Document delivery charges are in addition to applicable hourly rates.
All fees after the initial $275 must be paid when invoiced, and the requested information will not be provided until payment is made.
Member Research:
Member’s research is charged at a reduced hourly rate of $150. The minimum fee of $50 does not need to be pre-paid. If the work exceeds 20 minutes, members will be charged for the additional time in ten-minute increments. Document delivery charges are in addition to applicable hourly rates. Invoices are due upon receipt, but need not be paid before the Library will release the results of the research or the requested documents.
