Participants will examine key flood definitions and analyze how weather events, property characteristics, and liability scenarios contribute to flood risk. The discussion will focus on identifying and evaluating insurance solutions, including available flood coverage forms and endorsements, as well as complementary non-insurance risk management techniques. By the end of the course, participants will be better equipped to design comprehensive insurance and risk management programs tailored to clients in flood-prone areas.
