We will look at Contractual Liability, Products and Completed Operations, the Care, Custody, & Control exclusion, Personal Injury and Advertising Injury, to name just a few. We will look at some of the endorsements to modify & improve coverage. If you must explain or make tough coverage decisions, whether you are in claims, underwriting, marketing or sales, this course is appropriate for you.
