Negotiations include not only the exchange of figures but also the presentation of ideas, positions, and concepts that support the figures being exchanged. This seminar is designed for anyone who may find himself or herself involved in such exchanges. Candidates include claims adjusters, attorneys, underwriters, producers, risk managers, customer service representatives, physical damage appraisers, and others. The negotiations workshop will aid you in producing “win-win” resolutions in life. You will perform self-assessments to learn what negotiating style you currently use, and if it suits you best. The techniques, strategies and behavior of people who have been identified as superior negotiators will be analyzed with an eye to adapting their best characteristics for your use.
