Course Description

This course provides an in-depth discussion on the unique issues and considerations when working with Condominium Associations and HOAs.  Review and discussion on the importance of the governing documents will provide the participants with the knowledge necessary to provide a comprehensive commercial insurance and risk management program for their clients. We will various coverage forms commonly used, endorsements and other coverages necessary for these types of risk.
