Numerous studies (herehere, and here for example) have highlighted the financial, innovative and social benefits of prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion.

While insurance organizatons are embracing the movement, many are still learning how to implement specific strategies to attract and retain a more diverse workforce or how to create a company culture that promotes equity and inclusion. 

The Library has partnered with Omari Jahi Aarons founder of Aarons Group to develop a summer series on DEI in Insurance to provide some concrete solutions. We are grateful to Arbella Insurance Foundation and CPCU Society, Boston Chapter for their sponsorship of the series.
