Personal and commercial lines clients often assume or transfer a liability following business contracts and require additional coverage. Using risk management tools and techniques, attendees will discuss some of the common risk transfer clauses including hold harmless, indemnity agreements, waivers of subrogation, and other clauses. Commonly used commercial lines ISO endorsements will also be reviewed.
