The HO policy will be explained and analyzed. The instructor will review coverage options and frequently used endorsements with an eye towards explaining why they are used. Underwriters, marketing representatives, customer service representatives, claims adjusters, anyone who needs to be conversant with homeowners insurance are candidates for this course.
